This newly refurbished, modern one-bedroom-style studio offers a bright, comfortable base for your stay. The sleeping area is mostly sectioned off by a wall, giving the feel of a separate bedroom while remaining open plan. The apartment features an open-plan kitchen and living space with a breakfast bar for two, a sofa bed, Smart TV, and a stylish bathroom with a bath and shower over. Best suited to couples or small families.

The apartment is located in the popular Preston Park area, close to the end of the park and just moments from London Road — one of Brighton’s most lively and well-connected streets. You’re within easy walking distance of a huge choice of cafés, pubs, restaurants, takeaways and local shops, making it a brilliant base for exploring the city.
Local favourites nearby include The Hare & Hounds, a well-loved pub, and Café Rust, a fantastic spot for coffee and brunch just a short walk away. London Road offers an ever-changing mix of independent places and well-known names, so you’ll never be short of options for food, drinks or essentials.
If you enjoy cold plunges and sauna there is The Luna Hut moments from the property. They have lovely facilities and a delightful cafe to relax after your plunge.
Preston Park itself is right on your doorstep, perfect for walks, fresh air, or relaxing on a sunny day, while still being close to the buzz of the city.

Getting around Brighton from here is easy. The nearest bus stop is right outside the apartment, served frequently by the 5 and 5A routes, with the 5B available just a short walk up the road. These services provide quick and easy access to Brighton city centre, the seafront and other key areas.
Brighton Station is walkable in around 20–25 minutes, or a short taxi ride (usually around £10 or less, depending on time of day). Preston Park Station and London Road Station is also nearby, offering additional rail links. London Road itself is a major transport route, with multiple bus services connecting you across the city
Please be aware the second bed is a small double sofa bed, if 2 adults are sharing this it might be a little cozy! We recommend max 2 children or 1 adult on this.
For stays over 2 weeks, we arrange a mid-stay clean to keep the property fresh and comfortable. This will be charged separately, and we’ll be in touch after booking to arrange this with you.
