Beira Mar Beachfront Family Home | Pet-Friendly, Sleeps 8, Parking Included

Beira Mar is a contemporary beach front family holiday home. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms it sleeps eight guests, making it ideal for two families to share.

Comprising of:
Bedroom 1: King size bed, with en-suite shower room Bedroom 2: Twin beds Bedroom 3: Twin beds Bedroom 4: Double bed
Upstairs are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and enjoys breathtaking views of the beach and sea beyond. It has its own balcony and an en-suite shower room. The two bedrooms to the rear sleep a further four guests. Both rooms have twin beds but could be pushed together to make a double if preferable (note only single bed linen though). There is also a family bathroom upstairs with bath and over bath shower.

Downstairs a fourth bedroom has a double bed and enjoys use of the shower room next door.

The large open plan kitchen / living / dining room downstairs is spacious and well equipped; a great area for entertaining the whole family. The bifold doors open out onto the decked and lawned garden, with direct beach access.

Beira Mar is pet friendly and both the rear and beachside gardens are secure. We welcome your pets but just ask that you respect our pet friendly rules and do not allow them upstairs or on any of the downstairs soft furnishings. Please also ensure that you clear up after them in the garden.

The property is in a superb beach front location in the quiet private residential estate of Coney Six. The village of East Wittering and all of its shops and restaurants is just a five minute walk away and the local beach front gem of a restaurant,The Beach, is just a ten minute walk down the beach towards Bracklesham Bay.

The property has space for up to three cars in the bay at the front of the house. Please respect the parking boundary. The house is a semi detached property and the space to the left of the brick line on the drive is for the neighbour.

Beira Mar is incredibly well equipped for a holiday rental. It is the perfect place for families and friends to get together at any time of the year for a seaside holiday.

Perfect location by the veach

This is a great holiday home with direct access to a lovely beach Both front and back gardens are secure and ideal for children and dogs Bathroom to bedroom ratio is very good We have holidayed here for three years with generations of family A few more pillows might be useful, and perhaps thicker curtains for winter guests

Great beach house

Lovely house right on the beach. We have stayed here several times with our multi generational family. It has great open plan living with direct access to the beach, which is never busy and is dog friendly. Both gardens are fully enclosed for children and dogs. The master bedroom is particularly special, with its balcony and comfy chairs overlooking the sea. We parked up and didn't move our cars for the entire week as the shops and eateries are just a short stroll. We would definitely stay again.

Family holiday

We had a wonderful holiday at Beira Mar, the location was excellent, out of the back gate and straight onto the beach. A very quiet area but not far from the shops and restuarants of East Wittering. My only complaint would be that the pillows were a bit flat and maybe extra could be provided and also the outside (back garden) security light didn't seem to work very well, other than this just perfect.

Fantastic beach front property

Great, quiet location and being able to walk out of the garden onto the beach was just prefect, short walk to the cafes/shops. The secure garden was great for the dog, with plenty of space and the property also has a gated front garden, added bonus. View from the bedroom with the balcony has a couple of loungers outside, which adds a nice touch. Ample space to park 2 larger cars. The downstairs bedroom is not as large as the upstairs bedrooms, for sleeping 2 adults once you add your luggage, however perfectly adequate and you have the use of a downstairs shower/toilet room, works well if you have difficulty with stairs. The fans in the rooms were a welcome addition, as rather warm weather when we stayed. This was a lovely stay, large property, downstairs open layout is perfect would recommend.

Spacious house for extended families

Beira Mar was ideal for us, 5 adults, a 5 year old and a baby, loads of space in the open plan downstairs and three bathrooms. It’s very well equipped and comfortably furnished. Whilst East Wittering isn’t the most beautiful village, being able to walk out of the garden straight onto the shingle beach or to the shops and restaurants made life very easy. The garden was perfect for football with our 5 year old grandson and was well used for recreating World Cup games and pretending to be various star players. The much better sandy beach at West Wittering is a very short drive away, not walkable for a 5 year old but that beach was the main reason for our visit. We did also take advantage of the proximity of Chichester, There aren’t many places where you can combine a beach holiday with such a beautiful town as Chichester.

A wonderful place to stay, would definitely recommend

We loved our stay at this property! The views were amazing and the location was just perfect. It was nice and clean, has a lovely big kitchen, dining, sitting area that opens out onto the garden which the dog loved. The master bed was nice and comfortable plus it was great to have the balcony for morning tea with a view. Actually the house has 2 gardens, the front garden is also entirely enclosed, it’s a nice sun trap away from the wind with a bench and has a washing line for drying whatever gets wet at the beach. The stair treads felt fractionally less deep than we’re used to but honestly that’s splitting hairs! The banks at the bottom of the garden were nicely planted with spring flowers and everything we needed was walking distance. Once we parked the car when we arrived we didn’t use it until we left!

Wonderful!

We loved our stay `at Beira Mar. As a multigenerational group, the house worked perfectly for us. We loved the open plan lay out and the doors opening onto the patio and garden and beach beyond! The house was very well equipt for cooking and eating. We were there on the hottest weekend of the year and the fans were a welcome addition!
