Bright clean and perfect for beach holiday.

We very much enjoyed the apartment, it was clean and well appointed. We holidayed with our two sons aged 14 and 18 and they enjoyed the position and facilities. The location is perfect, just on the beach with allocated sun umbrella at all times. There are nearby restaurants and shops in walking distance. We were met at the apartment by Mary Rose who was very accommodating and helpful. All in all we had a great stay here and would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic stay

Through an internet search we came across the apartment in Lido Adriano, and after looking at other accommodations in the area decided to rent it for a week. When we arrived we where greeted by a friendly lady who gave us a tour of the apartment and some nice advice on local things like shops and restaurants. The appartment itself is roomy and nicely furnished, with a complete kitchen unit (eventhough cooking would be a waste of the excellent food available at the nearby restaurants), a children’s bedroom (with a bunkbed) and a master bedroom (with a kingsize bed). Also a clean bathroom with a shower, toilet, bidet and a washer, and outside a large balcony that stretches around 3 sides of the block. One side of the balcony looks over the beach, that is just across the road. This is also the side where we had outside breakfasts, drinking coffee in the morning sun, and late evening drinks, looking at the stars. The furniture and equipment is either brand new or very well maintained and the whole apartment was spot clean. It had a real welcome feel to it, and we where glad that we choose this one. The lady also gave us use of two bikes, which we used to tour the area with. Lido Adriano is a summer town, so in early may not everything was open yet. However, it’s central location in Italy made it a good starting point for us to visit Ravenna (30 minutes drive), San Marino (1 1/2; hours drive), Florence (2 hours drive) and Venice (2 hour drive), thus making this holiday a combination of enjoying the beach and discovering Italian culture. We had a very enjoyable stay in this appartment and will be returning here for sure.'

Das Apartment ist wunderschön gelegen, quasi direkt am Meer. Ein sensationeller toller Ausblick und ein schönes Apartment. Es ist ein ruhiges Haus...von den Nachbarn haben wir fast nichts mitbekommen.

Wohnung direkt am Strand

Schöne Wohnung, groß genug für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Die Lage ist hervorragend, man schläft direkt am Strand, die "Straße" dazwischen ist ein Weg. Der Balkon ist sehr groß, genau wie der Kühlschrank. Mary ist sehr nett und hat uns zum Empfang begrüßt. Wir wollten einen Tag früher zurück, das war auch problemlos möglich. Die Bagnos am Strand sind toll, wir haben in zweien gegessen, das war auch sehr gut. Vom Balkon sieht man den Strand, wir haben die Kids sogar alleine gin gelassen, hatten sie im BLick, wenn sie an einer bestimmten Stelle schwimmen waren. Jedoch hatten wir zu unserem Aufenthalt bis zu 37 Grad und da stößt die Wohnung ohne Klimaanlage an ihre Grenzen. Man kann zwar schön lüften, aber wenn es nachts 26 Grad draußen sind, bleibt es bei 28,29 Grad in der Wohnung... Aber das kommt ja nicht so oft vor.

strand en cultuur

Het appartement is precies zoals de foto`s en de beschrijving laten zien. Op loopafstand is alles aanwezig: het strand en de zee direkt voor de deur, restaurants en afhaalrestaurants, supermarkten en op slechts 100 meter de bus naar Ravenna in 30-minuten-takt. Natuurlijk was deze stad van de mozaieken ons hoofddoel, we hebben in de omgeving veel gewandeld en vooral Comacchio met zijn Museum Delta Antico heeft ons verrast! Mary Rose was heel attent en coulant bij onze aankomst.

Traumhafter Ausblick

Der frühe Vogel fängt den Wurm heißt es in einem Sprichwort. Hier heißt es, “fängt den Sonnenaufgang“. Traumhafter Blick aus der Wohnung. Das Strandbad öffnet um 06:00 Uhr und man kann alleine am Strand oder im Meer den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet und die Terrasse gibt das her was sie verspricht. Kleiner Supermarkt mit Köstlichkeiten ist eine Straße weiter(mit dem Fahrrad 2min). Am Strand hat man 2 Liegen incl. Schirm und einen Schirm weiter ist freier Strand wenn man mit mehr als 2 Personen die Wohnung belegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und werden sie weiter empfehlen. Mary du warst eine super Gastgeberin

Das Appartment war sehr sauber und nett eingerichtet. Von der Grundausstattung war alles für einen perfekten Urlaub vorhanden. Die Wohnung zentral gelegen. Sehr strandnah und alles wichtige ist fußläufig erreichbar. Der Ausblick vom Balkon auf das Meer einfach fantastisch! Der Strand war sehr sauber und 2 Liegen mit einem Sonnenschirm gehörten ebenfalls zur Wohnung dazu. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in einem ein perfekter Urlaub!!!

Bellissimo soggiorno sul mare!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana in questo appartamento e siamo stati veramente benissimo. L’appartamento è bello, pulito ed ordinato con un balcone grandissimo. Non ci mancava nulla! Appartamento in riva al mare con terrazzone su 3 lati da cui si può ammirare il mare 24/24h. Appartamento pulitissimo con tutti gli elettrodomestici necessari (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostiera (...)). La Sig.ra Mary Rose è gentilissima e disponibile a soddisfare qualsiasi vostra richiesta e rispondervi alle vostre domande. Consigliato vivamente.

E' UN IMMOBILE STUPENDO CON ENORME TERRAZZO

Dal primo Luglio sino a questa mattina mattina, siamo stati ospiti nell'alloggio della Signora Mary Rose, il cui immobile ci è stato consegnato perfettamente pulito e igienizzato. Il presente immobile ha un terrazzo con una visuale su tre lati, dove volendo si può anche prendere il sole o mangiare fuori e sarebbe l'ideale per chi ha dei bambini. All'interno dell'appartamento non manca nulla, dalle serrande elettriche, alle zanzariere su tutte le finestre, fornetto a microonde piu grill, cucina induzione scaldabagno elettrico, lavastoviglie,lavatrice, frigorifero molto moderno e capiente con una efficienza di raffreddamento molto veloce. In più si può trovare dallo spillo, ai piatti, al pentolame, ai detersivi, il binocolo e molte altre cose. Praticamente chi entra nell'appartamento deve solo portarsi il mangiare poichè biancheria ed ecc... c'è ne a volontà. La spiaggia compresa nel prezzo è di fronte alla casa e in meno di 10 minuti si arriva in centro e ci sono negozi di tutti i tipi, panetteria, macelleria, crai, metà, farmacia ecc... in più a circa 1km di distanza c'è un grosso centro commerciale LIDL e al lato uno di frutta e verdura e il benzinaio. Sinceramente consiglio questo alloggio sia per il prezzo, la posizione, la spiaggia vicina e la gentilezza della proprietaria.

Bien placé et très bien aménagé

L'appartement a une situation idéale à deux pas de la mer. Les chaises longues comprises sont un vrai bonheur. Tout y est très pratique : la cuisine, le lave-linge, le lave vaisselle, les nombreux rangements, l'immense balcon. Nous y étions avec deux jeunes enfants (1 et 5 ans) et nous avons adoré. Nous n'avons rencontré Mary-Rose qu'à notre départ, mais elle nous a toujours répondu très rapidement par mail à toutes nos questions. Nous y retournerions volontiers !

Schöne Wohnung mit tollem Meerblick

Schöne Wohnung mit herrlichem Blick auf das Meer wie beschrieben. Küche modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Ein gutes Angebot an Grundbedarf in unmittelbarer Nähe. Betten sind bequem. 2 Sonnenliegen mit Sonnenschirm direkt am Strand sowie Parkplatz direkt am Haus sind inklusiv. Mary die Besitzerin war sehr nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Alles im allem hatten wir eine sehr schöne Woche im Mai. Vielen Dank nochmal an Mary.

Удобная квартира на первой линии. Пляж и море буквально 50 метров. В стоимость аренды квартиры входит аренда зонтика и 2 лежаков, что очень удобно. В квартире новая мебель и бытовая техника. Имеется просто огромный балкон по периметру всей квартиры. Немного напрягал шум от часто летающих вертолетов (наверное рядом какая-то база). Лидо Адриано типичная пляжная деревня. Рестораны, магазины и прочие блага цивилизации рядом. Хозяйка квартиры очень приветливая и готова помочь по любому вопросу. Спасибо. Мэри-Роуз! Мы остались очень довольны и рекомендуем это место!

Prima ruim appartement

Prima ruim appartement met lift en een veilige toegang, op de 2e etage met ruim balkon rondom, voorzien van alle apparatuur, inclusief bedlinnen en handdoeken en gereserveerde strandstoelen bij strandhuis aan zee tegenover het appartement. Veilige parkeerplaats bij appartement. We hebben dit appartement gebruikt als vaste plek om van daaruit bijna dagelijks trips te maken. Het was dan weer fijn om dit appartement als “thuis” te ervaren. De zon op zien komen uit zee en dat je dit vanaf de kleine tafel in de kamer kunt zien is mooi. Vooral de grote koel-vries combinatie en de inductie kookplaat beviel ons goed. We hebben een goede internet verbinding gemist. De stad Ravenna is schitterend, Ferrara en wat verder weg Rimini, maar ook bijvoorbeeld Brisighella is de moeite waard en zelfs een bezoek aan San Marino is in 1 dag te doen. Appartamento molto carino,con ascensore, rinnovato da poco con forniture ottime sia per attrezzatura che per biancheria da letto, da bagno e da cucina , posizione strategica con vista stupenda sul mare , deliziosamente ventilato . Asso nella manica il terrazzo su tre lati dell'appartamento dove poter mangiare all'aperto guardando il mare . Ottima l'offerta del posto spiaggia compresa nel prezzo, in 5 fila , centrale rispetto alla spiaggia., comodo perchè proprio sotto casa , dal terrazzo si vede l'ombrellone . Zona tranquilla , con tutto a disposizione in circa 500/600 . Maryrose la proprietaria gentilissima e molto simpatica ci ha accolti come vecchi amici ; lo consigliamo a famiglie con bambini ( noi siamo in 5) . Penso proprio che ci torneremo . Grazie Maryrose complimenti per l'appartamento.

Ruim appartement met uitzicht op zee

Ruim appartement met groot balkon, van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigen parkeerplaats en lift. Dichtbij strand en bushalte, winkels en restaurants op loopafstand. Schoon en goed onderhouden, zeer vriendelijke eigenaresse.
