Charming two-room apartment ideal for up to 4 people, consisting of a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy living room with sofa bed (two single beds), a double bedroom with double bed, dresser, bedside tables, and large wardrobe, bathroom, and small balcony.
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, TV, washing machine, iron, freezer and moka coffee maker. It is located in a recent, quiet, and well-maintained condominium, situated in an area convenient to all major services.
Public parking is available right below the building. A CONAD supermarket is just a few steps away (0 km). The property is about 500 meters from the picturesque bay of Pianotta and the characteristic center of Porto Azzurro.
A private garage is available on request at an additional cost of €100 per week (to be agreed in advance with the owner). Garage door dimensions: width 240cm and height 196cm. Garage depth 450cm.
