Toward the rear, there are two bedrooms: a double room with a private bathroom, and a twin room with a separate shower room. Additionally, a convenient guest WC completes the layout.
OUTDOOR SPACE
A unique feature of the apartment is its internal atrium, offering a private indoor-outdoor space perfect for al fresco dining in the comfort of your own home. The vast shared swimming pool, surrounded by decking and sun loungers, is ideal for refreshing morning swims or relaxing after a day at the beach. There's also a small front patio furnished with a cozy table and chairs—an inviting spot to enjoy evening sundowners.
