Great for location and a large apartment. Unfortunately road noise from traffic constant and people walking and talking. Needs better soundproofing windows! Cleanliness ok but could be better. Toaster full of visible crumbs and not sure it has ever been cleaned. Toilets could have been better as well. Shower temperature controls need to be looked at, very difficult to get the shower to a usable temperature, very hot!!! Nice welcome pack including a bottle of wine, thank you and comfortable furniture. Well stocked for tea and coffee
