Make the most of your time at the beach by staying in our stylish and cosy studio. Beyond having everything you need to make yourself at home in Melbourne's coolest seaside suburb, it's beautifully fitted out, with timber floors and an ocean-influenced aesthetic. That's fitting, because from here you can walk to where the waves break, as well as some of the best bars, restaurants and cafes in Melbourne. If you'd like to explore further afield, the tram to the city leaves from right out front.

Designed to make the most of space, this studio packs in all the essentials. Unlike some other studios, it has a separate lounge and living area, so you won't have to watch TV on the bed. Even better, the bathroom isn't a shoebox and there's lots of natural light.

There's the beach – that goes without being said – but there's also a thriving coffee culture, beautiful Victorian architecture, specialty shops, places to have a beer in the sun and one of Australia's most iconic live music venues, the Esplanade Hotel (the Espy to locals). All that, and it's only half an hour from the city.

- Please keep noise level at a minimum between 10pm-8am in consideration to our neighbours. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction of the property
