Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host canceled a few days before our arrival with no direct communication with us or explanation as to why. We’d had the reservation for 4 months and had messaged with the host several times about parking. When I messaged host a few days prior to our arrival the booking was immediately canceled and we were notified by VRBO email. Put us in a real bind trying to find another place. DO NOT recommend booking with this host. We realize emergencies happen but we had no explanation and no apology.
