The kitchen includes an electric stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee facilities, mini‑bar, and essential cookware. Individually controlled air conditioning and heating are provided.



Outdoor living:

Step out to a private terrace with a stone seating area, umbrella, and sunbeds overlooking the sea. A small private walkway leads directly to a quiet natural beach. BBQ facilities are available, and the garden area enhances the outdoor experience.

Bedroom 1: Double bed, ground floor, A/C, closet, hairdryer access.



Attic: Used as additional sleeping/living space suitable for up to 2 guests.

Family notes:
