L`Oasi del Mare is a vacation villa just a stone`s
throw from the beach, an ideal property for those who want to spend
their vacations facing the sea in Salento, in Spiaggiabella, on the sea of Lecce.
The villa is equipped with wi-fi internet, mosquito nets, hair dryer, TV, kitchen with dishwasher and electric oven, garden with outdoor shower and barbecue.
The vacation home offers up to 9 beds.

9-bed solution is a beautiful modern villa with harmonious and cozy
shapes. The large equipped garden frames it and provides guests with
ample space to spend time in the open air.
The villa L`Oasi del
Mare is arranged on two floors. On the ground floor there is a large
open space consisting of living room with dining room, living room with sofa, TV and fireplace, and well-equipped eat-in kitchen.
On this floor there are also 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles with en suite bathroom and 1 triple with bunk beds. Completing the ground floor is the third shower room.
On the upper floor there is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Vacation
villa L`Oasi del Mare is located in Spiaggiabella, on a street leading
directly to the resort`s free beach, lying on the Adriatic Sea and
falling within the territory of Lecce.
The Baroque city, with its historic center`s wonders, clubs, small stores and lively nightlife, is just a 10-minute drive away.
- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
