In the large garden, in addition to the pool and solarium, there is also a barbecue for grilling and ample parking.

sunbathing, and a lovely gazebo equipped for relaxing in the cooler
weather. The 78-square-meterpool has a constant depth of 1.30 meters, perfect for adults and children.
Surrounding it is a charming private land dotted with ancient olive and fruit trees, providing tranquility and unforgettable views.
The view is also graced by the beauty of the trullo and lamia, and the Mediterranean-style villa.
 
There is a well-equipped kitchen in the lamia serving the pool and the trullo, in which there are also 1 double bed, 1 single bed in the trullo , and 1 full shower room.
The villa, which is the main living unit, consists of large and bright living area, eat-in kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom, and is complemented by 2 modern shower rooms.
Ideal for large families, couples or groups of friends, the villa combines the charm of Apulian tradition with all modern comforts.

Trullo
Sant`Andrea stands in the quiet countryside of Ostuni, in a strategic
location for exploring the beauty of the Valle dItria. In addition to
the beautiful historic center of Ostuni also known as "The White City,"
it is worthwhile to explore unique towns such as Alberobello and
Locorotondo, as well as the seaside villages and beautiful beaches of
the Adriatic coast.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from May to October.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
