Recently renovated, the apartment is arranged over two floors. Upstairs you’ll find a bright open-plan space with a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living/dining area. From here, step out onto a stunning wraparound balcony along the south and west sides of the apartment, furnished for outdoor dining and perfect for enjoying sunsets, Black Rock and the ocean backdrop.

Downstairs there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The main bedroom features beautiful sea views and direct access to a large southwest-facing balcony — ideal for relaxing on a sun lounger and taking in the scenery. The second bedroom also opens onto this balcony through French doors, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. Two bathrooms add extra convenience for families or small groups.

The apartment includes Wi-Fi, a smart TV with internet access, an elevator in the building, and private parking, providing everything you need for a comfortable and stress-free stay.

The location is one of this property’s highlights. Praia da Luz is a welcoming coastal village with plenty of dining options, local shops, and outdoor activities. From here you can enjoy scenic coastal walks towards Lagos or Burgau, cycling, surfing, SUP, golf or padel, and explore nature reserves and some of the Algarve’s most beautiful beaches.

Please note the apartment overlooks the pool area and a popular padel club, which may create some background noise at certain times of day. There is also a local street on the west side of the building. If you are looking for complete silence throughout the day, this may not be the ideal option. If you value exceptional views, a central location and the lively atmosphere of a coastal village, this duplex is a fantastic choice.

To ensure compliance, we will send you an SEF form upon booking. Completing and returning this form to us before your arrival is mandatory.
