Villa in Praia da Luz with sea views, walking distance to the beach

Only a few hundred meters from the beach and the center of Praia da Luz, ideal for a relaxing holiday by the sea!

In a quiet yet central location, the holiday home is only a few minutes' walk from the beach, the center and all amenities.

On the ground floor there is the spacious living room with direct access to the south-facing terrace, the kitchen and a guest bathroom. On the first floor are three spacious double rooms and two bathrooms (1 ensuite). The impressive master bedroom, which has its own bathroom, has its own balcony, from which you can enjoy a fantastic sea view over the Atlantic, the Bay of Luz and the Ponta da Piedade!

The terrace is equipped with awnings, parasols and patio furniture.

It is a 5-8 minute walk to the beach and the center of Luz. In Luz you will find numerous restaurants and bars right on the beach as well as supermarkets.

The house is also suitable for "wintering". The heating prices are not included in the winter prices from November to March and are charged at EUR 150 per month.

Excellente destination

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison d'Andréa. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée, très propre et bien située ( 10 min à pied de la plage ). L'arrivée et le départ se font de manière pratique ( boîte à clés ). Paulo, le contact sur place, nous a rendu visite dès le lendemain de notre arrivée pour nous donner des infos et nous conseiller sur la région. C'est une personne très agréable et disponible, merci encore à lui. Nous étions 2 familles de 3 personnes et nous sommes tous enchantés de notre séjour. On recommande cette adresse !

Great location

Clean , has all you need , great location. Didn’t like the stairs we all nearly fell down them , wouldn’t take small children would spend all my time worrying. There was fans but could do with having air con .. over all pleasant stay , great location and would go back.

Dear Fatima, thank you very much for your review. As mentioned in the description, the house is only a few hundred meters from the beach. It takes about 6 to 8 minutes to walk. Many of our guests even go to the beach in the morning or evening in their bathing suits to swim. Maybe you didn't go the right way. I'm sorry for that. Regards, Andrea

Das Haus war voll in Ordnung, schön eingerichtet, alles hat funktioniert. Der Empfang war super geregelt, alles hat geklappt. Wir haben gute Geheimtipps von der Vermieterin bekommen, die wir umsetzten. Die Terrasse war sehr groß. Zum Strand waren es etwa 10 Minuten. Es war der Ort eher überlaufen, sehr viele verschiedene Lokale gibt es. Die Lage als Ausgangspunkt für verschiedene Ausflüge war toll, noch dazu die schöne stimmungsvolle historische Stadt Lagos ums Eck, ein Genuss. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, Außerdem ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis.
