We were relocated the day we arrived to another property not this Belgravia property we booked. We were “told” the flat above this one we rented in Belgravia had a leak. When I initially received the check in instructions for Belgravia the property manager Allesandra asked that we do not mention we were renting with VRBO and to say we were guests of the owner, which is suspicious.The property we were relocated to was in Knightsbridge and a good location, but that about all. Dirty carpets, stained and worn sofa, TV’s don’t work, WiFi only in the lounge not in the bedrooms, stained horrible looking coffee/tea cups., no electric kettle and stove top kettle had old t-bags and mold in it. I also find it interesting that the flat we were relocated to is not listed with VRBO. All of it makes me feel like I was catfished. My recommendation is do not rent any property from the property manager Vanessa, never showed herself and really poor communication.
