Well presented 2 bedroom house on a small complex with direct access to a large communal pool. The property benefits from one double and one twin room, full bathroom, downstairs toilet, fully fitted kitchen, dining and lounge areas, aircon, tv and WiFi and a safe Check in via key lock box.
Ten minutes walk to Pegeia village which has many bars and restaurants as well as local shops, pharmacy,bakery, doctors and post office.
Five minutes drive to coral bay strip and beautiful beaches. The strip has shops, restaurants and bars - many of which have regular live entertainment.
If you choose not to hire a car the public transport is regular and reliable.
We are located 25 minutes from Paphos and its many attractions and 40 minutes from Paphos airport.

Couldn't have chosen any better!. The townhouse was spacious, clean and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The plus side is that the patio leads directly to the pool. Everyone on the complex was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was one of a community even with holidaymakers mixed in. The maintenance company are on top of keeping the place neat and tidy. Patio is South facing which was glorious from morning til evening. Always someone saying good morning or afternoon. Suzanne provides swimming towels, games, books, DVDs. Internet really fast and hubby was able to continue work when needed. Follow the owners directions otherwise satnav will have you in loops!!. Highly recommend this property for couples or families and even solo traveller because everyone is welcoming. Kids have fun in the pool that is shallow on left and right side and deepens in the middle to 1.5 metres. Plenty sun loungers and umbrellas. Take note of the "water is hot" notice especially with kids. Suzanne responds very quickly to any queries you may have. We love Pegia as it has all you need from a village. Five minute drive to coral bay.

What a pleasure it was to host Claire and her husband. All communication was clear and respectful. It was lovely to hear our lcommunity made them feel very welcome as holiday makers. We always felt our little terrace was a bonus benefiting from plenty of sun and having direct access to the pool but it’s fabulous to hear it from our guests. Our property was left tidy and all checkout instructions were followed. Thank you Claire for mentioning the need to follow our directions as it is very easy to miss the last turning. We hope to host you again, thank you for your amazing review 😊
