It is located in the enchanting area of Maroulas, in the region of Rethymno. It offers an environment of absolute tranquility and relaxation.
All basic amenities and services that may be needed during your stay (shops, dining, supermarkets, etc.) are located within a distance of 2 kilometers, offering comfort and ease of transportation.
At a distance of 4.4 kilometers lies the beautiful area of Platanias, where guests can enjoy organized beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, ideal for moments of relaxation by the sea, as well as a wide range of amenities.
The old, picturesque town of Rethymno is 13.7 kilometers away, providing direct access to important cultural and tourist attractions such as the Archaeological Museum, the Fortezza Fortress, as well as a multitude of historical and cultural sights that will impress you and make your holidays even more memorable.

– Dining Area: Indoor space with a table for 5 people.
– Bathroom: Located next to the room, with a shower, washing machine, toiletries, and hairdryer.
– Outdoor Floor Area: At the entrance there is a spacious and very beautiful balcony with furniture and sofas that can accommodate up to 5 people, with a lovely view of the sea and mountains, and if needed, it is arranged for absolute privacy. On the opposite side of the floor, there is another spacious balcony with stunning views and fitness equipment.
