Stunning Marco Island Condo on the Beach
Beautiful South Seas Tower 1 condo has unobstructed views all the way down crescent beach from the 17th floor. This luxury beachfront condo sleeps 4 and is nicely furnished. It is equipped with everything you need for your stay. The condo has a large, furnished balcony that offers spectacular views of the beach and the city.
The South Seas complex offers some of the best accommodations on Marco Island beach. There is beach access, a large heated pool, tennis (clay courts), pickle ball, boat slips (nominal rental), shuffleboard, bocce ball, a putting green and a fitness center. It is a large, gated grounds with nice walking paths around the grounds and the marina area. It is also a short walk to Collier Ave with some of the best restaurants within walking distance. Located on the north end of Marco beach, You are away from the Marco hotel zone and the crowds, but can easily walk south to them or go north past Tiger Tail beach and the best shelling on the island!

Kitchen: The remodeled kitchen has granite countertops, new Samsung stainless appliances, dishwasher, garbage disposal, adjustable lighting and is equipped with everything you may need.
Living Room: Comfortably decorated/furnished with views down the beach. There are 2 large stuffed chairs and a sofa, various tables and an entertainment center with large flat screen TV and DVD player. Cable TV and wireless internet are included.
Master BR: Features a comfortable King Bed, night stands, a dresser, flat screen TV and has a slider to the balcony. The master suite has 2 closets and an en-suite bathroom with tile shower.
2nd BR: This room features two twin beds, a dresser, closet, flat TV and also has a slider to the balcony! The second bathroom is right across the hall and is beautifully updated with tile shower.
This "9" unit offers one of the largest balconies for taking in the sun and beach from the condo. Furnished with two chairs and a small table for enjoying your morning coffee or evening cocktail, and a comfy loveseat with cushion.
This condo is a 30 day rental in season. The South Seas property is one of the few gated condos and has 24 hour security.
If you are looking for a getaway, this is the place!
