About this property

Sublime: Beach house & outdoor oasis

This house has everything an outdoor beach lover would want in a place to stay.
It's named the Sublime: Beach House & outdoor Oasis, because it's location is a 3 block walk to the soft white sands of cocoa beach.

Your private studio will have full access to the backyard patio which includes a lounge chairs with a fireplace, outdoor kitchen with all its basics amenities( sink, 2 burner grill, bbq), a hammock for relaxation and an outdoor shower after you've enjoyed a full day at the beach.

The house:

We are renting out a private bedroom, full bathroom with private entrance. Outside you have your own patio with a table and umbrella along with a modern sitting area, as well as the amazing hammock. Private bedroom has no access to the rest of the house. Bedroom comes with Roku TV with access to Netflix, and basic cable. There is a Small Refrigerator, Microwave and coffee maker for morning coffee.
Lastly; we have found in all of our travels that the most important part of a good vacation is a great night sleep. It's for this reason that the queen size bed you will be sleeping in is a top of the line posturepedic mattress.

Also Included in your rental is a parking for a normal size sedan ( campers will not fit) full access to our beach shed, which includes all the basic beach necessities and some beach games to pass the time.

We loved staying here. The room was one of the cleanest VRBOs I’ve ever been to. Super close walk to the beach and the hosts had everything we needed for a beach day. The room is also close to everything around Cocoa Beach, which made exploring that much easier.

My son and i enjoyed our stay here. Chris and Andrea were terrific hosts. The dogs were awesome too, they made us feel right at home. Everything was so clean and neat and comfortable. It was close to the beaches and other conveniences. We would most definitely stay here again.

We met in NY and after 2 years of marriage we found ourselves relocated to Orlando. living by that beach has always been a dream of ours so we decided to buy our little Oasis. Our Furbabies Stella ( mini rat terrier & Zero malti-pom) love hanging out in the sun, and we love making the most out of every day living in paradise. We haven't been happier.

As you will see shopping around for a place to stay in this area, you won't find something as amazing as our outdoor Sublime oasis. So if your not at the beach or out on the town, you can relax in your own outdoor oasis for relaxation, grilling.

I love it and I know anyone coming for the vibe and outdoor living on the beach will love our place.

You will have access to our beach shed. no need to bring your beach accessories- we got you covered. We have 1 bicycle for you to use with lock, beach chairs, towels, boogie board, umbrella/sun shades, and coolers.
