Villa Olyra is a beautifully designed, modern villa spread over two levels, located in a tranquil area perfect for families or groups seeking privacy and relaxation. On the ground floor, you'll find a large, bright living room with direct access to the pool area, an open-plan kitchen, and a dining area. The villa features three bedrooms on the ground floor: one with two double beds and a balcony, another with a queen bed and direct pool access, and a third with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom. The family bathroom, shared by the two non-en-suite bedrooms, is equipped with a shower.

On the first floor, there's an open-air living area with a dedicated workspace, along with a queen bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. This level also offers a desk with a view of the living room. The villa is designed to accommodate up to 10 guests in total.

The outdoor area is a highlight, featuring a 40sqm private pool with a shallow section for children, garden furniture, and a jacuzzi. There’s also a BBQ and a fully fenced, private space for complete relaxation. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. For added convenience, the villa offers off-road parking and easy access for guests with mobility challenges.

This luxurious retreat is perfect for those looking to enjoy peace and serenity while being just a short drive from Chania's lively center.
