Large living room, living room, modern kitchen (abundant crockery, 5-burner stove, American fridge, LL, LV), overlooking shaded terraces, barbecue. 5 bedrooms, two of which are independent and two air-conditioned (160x2m beds). 1 bathroom, 2 shower rooms and 4 WCs, 1 of which is independent. Wooded, landscaped garden. Many living spaces, Garden equipment. Fenced swimming pool, heated by solar collectors, large terrace, sunbathing, parasols. Ping pong table, pétanque court. Near the creeks of Cassis, Les Embiez, Porquerolles islands, La Frégate golf course, Le Castellet circuit.
 3TV, canal +, hifi, free wifi. Library. Animals accepted on request.

Very nice view, in the middle of the Bandol vineyard, 5 mins far from the sea, in a calm and natural environment, very large garden ( 1800 sqmeter) that is totally closed. Secured swimming-pool.
