"Perfectly SeaSunned" is  just what you'll be when your stay here!  Wide and spacious front decks offer amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico - the beach is just steps across the quiet street.  Watch the waves from the house! Enjoy the the large, pool (heated on request) and game area.
The house is completely remodeled, with beautiful tile, stone, wood, and stainless - 3 bedrooms & 3 1/2 baths, with an open-concept kitchen, dining, living room - allowing everyone room to spread out and enjoy each other and the beach. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, spacious rooms, and the large pool! See the remodeling results in the photos.
 
The 2 King and 1 Queen bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. An additional half bath is accessible from the kitchen, and the living room couch has a pullout queen bed. All of the luxurious mattresses are new, and all bedrooms feature double french doors that open onto the decks.
The front decks look out on the aqua waters of the Gulf. The back deck takes you down to the private pool and outdoor living area, featuring an outdoor shower and half bath (4 1/2 bathrooms total, counting the outdoor facilities), very large outdoor picnic table, gas grill, fish cleaning station, game area, and bar!

*We understand "life happens" and that sometimes plan changes are beyond your control. For these reasons, please consider purchasing travel insurance. If you have to cancel within the 60 day time period before arriving, please let us know quickly so that we can re-book your time to someone else. If the house re-books for the same rate, we can refund your deposit. We will of course work with you and rescheduling to a later week or season is possible.
Unconditional refunds are issued in the case of a storm evacuation. Questions - send inquiry.
**Fees and taxes - Cleaning fee is $275, Pet fee is $85 per each dog, number of dogs limited to two per stay; heat the pool for $350. VRBO service charge and taxes are added at booking. Please ask for clarification, if needed, when booking.

Our family has been coming to St George Island (SGI) since the early 90’s.  We are from Atlanta and have always loved the beautiful SGI beaches, and the relaxed and dog-friendly atmosphere.
In my childhood, my parents owned a construction company, and they were known for quality homes and for treating each individual with honesty, dignity and respect. I’ve tried to follow their example.

Why they chose this property
The beach and the views!  SGI and Apalachicola are dog-friendly, making vacations great for the whole family. 
SGI offers absolutely beautiful beaches, and is complemented by Apalachicola's restaurants, brewery, and bars, shops, and live music venues - the best of both worlds!
Saint George is one of the few yet unspoiled Gulf Coast beaches, with a beautiful State Park taking up a third of the island. A bicycle path across the island allows visitors to experience island living at their own pace.
SGI offers absolutely beautiful beaches, and is complemented by Apalachicola's restaurants, brewery, and bars, shops, and live music venues - the best of both worlds!

What makes this property unique
Perfectly SeaSunned has unusually spacious rooms, great views and is directly across the street from the beach. 
The house was built in 1983; It’s had many years of salty seasoning, with great bones — and we took it down to the bones when we renovated.
Phase 1 Renovation (2015) moved the kitchen cabinets away from the ocean views, installed new windows and doors, replaced the siding and built new decks. Phase 2 (2016) redid the baths – from 2 baths to 3½ inside and 1 outside, and replaced the septic system, water heater, and ac vents with larger capacities. Phase 3 (2017) put in a large, private pool, and completely renovated the kitchen, installed all new weathered-grey flooring, installed reverse osmosis and water softening/filter systems to ensure clean water, and moved the living room to the front of the house to take advantage of the views.
