"Perfectly SeaSunned" is just what you'll be when your stay here! Wide and spacious front decks offer amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico - the beach is just steps across the quiet street. Watch the waves from the house! Enjoy the the large, pool (heated on request) and game area.

The house is completely remodeled, with beautiful tile, stone, wood, and stainless - 3 bedrooms & 3 1/2 baths, with an open-concept kitchen, dining, living room - allowing everyone room to spread out and enjoy each other and the beach. Enjoy the gourmet kitchen, spa-like bathrooms, spacious rooms, and the large pool! See the remodeling results in the photos.

The 2 King and 1 Queen bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. An additional half bath is accessible from the kitchen, and the living room couch has a pullout queen bed. All of the luxurious mattresses are new, and all bedrooms feature double french doors that open onto the decks.

The front decks look out on the aqua waters of the Gulf. The back deck takes you down to the private pool and outdoor living area, featuring an outdoor shower and half bath (4 1/2 bathrooms total, counting the outdoor facilities), very large outdoor picnic table, gas grill, fish cleaning station, game area, and bar!

Monthly rates are available for Dec, Jan & Feb.

*We understand "life happens" and that sometimes plan changes are beyond your control. For these reasons, please consider purchasing travel insurance. If you have to cancel within the 60 day time period before arriving, please let us know quickly so that we can re-book your time to someone else. If the house re-books for the same rate, we can refund your deposit. We will of course work with you and rescheduling to a later week or season is possible.

Unconditional refunds are issued in the case of a storm evacuation. Questions - send inquiry.

Great Vacation

Property was amazing. Enjoyed by everyone in family. Owners were very easy to communicate with. We would rent this house again! PS-the heated pool was a hit for all since the weather was a little cool in March.

Perfect Indeed

Everything about this property was amazing. Our group of 3 couples had privacy when needed but could also convene together in one of the many living spaces. We spent a lot of time on the front porch in the morning- the view is incredible and the swing is perfect! We also spent time by the pool and under the house playing Cornhole! The quick walk to the beach made everything super convenient. Pam and David have made everything so easy with everything labeled also! Cannot wait to return!

Perfect setup for a beach house!

We loved the 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. The pool was perfect and had full sun. The outdoor toilet and shower were a game changer and helped keep water and sand out of the house. We loved the shallow area for our son who is a beginner swimmer. The beach was just across the road. This was our 3rd time to the island and we loved our vacation time. Pam was great to work with and the house had a variety of amenities to make your stay feel like you were at home. We loved the updates and would love to come back!

What an amazing week!!!

We rented this property for a week, and could not be happier! Pam and David make the booking process easy, the check-in was simple, and the property was as nice, if not nicer, than the pictures show. The kitchen was ACTUALLY stocked well (not all listings that claim that actually are), the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable, and the outside areas were wonderful to hang out in. Our dog had a great time as well, and felt welcome with towels and bowls just for her! So glad we were able to get this house - Will definitely stay again if it's available for future vacations! Thank you Pam and David - congratulations on a great remodel, and creating such a warm, welcoming environment!

Early Family Getaway

There is always a risk traveling in mid March, and sure enough, we had a cold front for much of our stay. But the house is laid out beautifully for groups to each have their privacy but to also come together. We spent much of our time cooking and talking on the porch. We also plaid games - big Jenga was a hoot! This was our second visit to this house and it was honestly the perfect getaway. Getting the pool heated is well worth the extra cost! Missing island life already.

We loved our stay at Perfectly Seasunned! It was just right for our family or four plus our sweet dog. The pool is brand new and bigger than the typical plunge pool at most of the beach homes on St. George. The home is super clean and lovely inside and out; thoughtfully decorated with quality finishes and equipped with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels (even for our dog), extra dog bowls and cleanup bags, beach and pool toys, and kitchen gear. The home is right across the street from the beach access and you can hear the waves from the porch. It is far enough from the center of St. George to be quiet, but only a minute or two by car (or golf cart if you rent one). It's also a quick walk to Regatta Park on the bayside.

We have stayed in many vacation homes and this beautiful beach home is beyond exceptional! The hosts have considered every need. The kitchen is stocked with ample cookware, dishes, spices and supplies. Linens are hotel quality and primary bathroom has spa-like features. Access to the beach is only steps away and the pool is amazing, especially with poolside bathroom, shower and eating area access. The view from the front deck is beautiful. Our group of 7 was impressed with the details and collectively agree this is a 10/10 property! We will definitely return in the future!

A "Perfectly SeaSunned" week

Our crew consisted of 6 adults in need a Spring getaway. The moto was, "we have nothing to do and all day to do it". The stay at Perfectly SeaSunned was just that, perfect. The house is great. Each room is a good size for 6 adults, has its own bathroom (a big plus). The beds were comfortable. The house was clean, well-stocked with the essentials and has a comfortable feel. The two decks (front and pool side) were great for hanging out. The pool is a good side and has plenty of seating. The outdoor shower and bathroom located by the pool are great creature comforts. The hosts were awesome. We had no issues, just a few questions about some minor things and they were very responsive. They even made sure we were aware of and prepared for the tornado watch we had one day. With the house being across the street from the beach, you have a great view where you're situated perfectly with a view straight out toward the beach. (There are houses on either side but the view between them is great.) There's even a (non-public access) path to the beach directly across from the house, as well as a public access boardwalk just a short walk from the house. The hidden gem is the wooded "rest area". It was perfect for reading or just sitting and having a quiet moment, surrounded by trees and shrubbery. All in all, it was a great escape from adult reality and adulting. Everyone had a fantastic time. Would we recommend? Yes. Would we return? Yes!

We loved St. George Island and Perfectly Seasunned!! The views were amazing, the house had everything you need/want, and the owners were very easy to work with. There was a chance of severe weather one day, and they made sure to let us know what was going on. Absolutely one of the best rental experience we have ever had.

Wonderful stay

This place is perfect, the owner was bet nice and helpful. It was cooler than expected even some freezing rain but all was perfect. Got to enjoy the last week with heated pool, really enjoyed that!

Beach Vacation

This is our 2nd stay at this home, and it is still our favorite. It is clean, dog friendly, and has everything you need for a great beach vacation. We enjoyed the pool and huge deck. Pam is great to communicate with and can’t wait until we can return again!

Great property and location!

This was our second time staying at this house and it was a great experience. It fit our family perfectly and had everything we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, bakeware, etc., so we were able to cook for breakfast, lunch and dinner if we wanted to. The only downfall this time was the cleanliness of the house. Hurricane Helene had just come through 2 days prior to our check in and I’m not sure the cleaning crew had time to clean effectively. There was old toothpaste and hair in the master sink bathroom. But other than that, it was a perfect house. We hope to visit again!

Our family has been coming to St George Island (SGI) since the early 90’s. We are from Atlanta and have always loved the beautiful SGI beaches, and the relaxed and dog-friendly atmosphere.

In my childhood, my parents owned a construction company, and they were known for quality homes and for treating each individual with honesty, dignity and respect. I’ve tried to follow their example.

Why they chose this property

The beach and the views! SGI and Apalachicola are dog-friendly, making vacations great for the whole family.

SGI offers absolutely beautiful beaches, and is complemented by Apalachicola's restaurants, brewery, and bars, shops, and live music venues - the best of both worlds!

Saint George is one of the few yet unspoiled Gulf Coast beaches, with a beautiful State Park taking up a third of the island. A bicycle path across the island allows visitors to experience island living at their own pace.

What makes this property unique

Perfectly SeaSunned has unusually spacious rooms, great views and is directly across the street from the beach.

The house was built in 1983; It’s had many years of salty seasoning, with great bones — and we took it down to the bones when we renovated.

Phase 1 Renovation (2015) moved the kitchen cabinets away from the ocean views, installed new windows and doors, replaced the siding and built new decks. Phase 2 (2016) redid the baths – from 2 baths to 3½ inside and 1 outside, and replaced the septic system, water heater, and ac vents with larger capacities. Phase 3 (2017) put in a large, private pool, and completely renovated the kitchen, installed all new weathered-grey flooring, installed reverse osmosis and water softening/filter systems to ensure clean water, and moved the living room to the front of the house to take advantage of the views.
