3BR/2BA South Tower -It's All About the View!! 2 Kings + 2 Twins + Beach Locker!

Welcome to MM5 located on the 5th floor in the South Tower in Ocean Creek Resort. Ocean Creek Resort is a 57 acre, oceanfront, gated resort with 24 hour security.

We are new owners of MM5 (mid 2025) and have added new furniture, artwork, bedding and more (see below). The view of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom is simply breathtaking! After looking at several condos, the outstanding view from the balcony, living room and master bedroom was the deciding factor on purchasing this condo.
Our condo has been painted top to bottom in soothing shades of light grey. Driftwood color LVT flooring runs throughout the condo with tile in the kitchen and baths. We have a new blue, slipcovered, comfortable queen sleeper sofa, matching loveseat, chair and 65" Smart TV. All new artwork and decorative items complete the "new" look. Our dining room set will seat six + two at the bar. We have tile in the foyer and tile on the ocean view balcony. Balcony has a table and four chairs + chaise lounge. Our kitchen has white cabinets, Corian countertops, stainless steel appliances and subway tile backsplash. Kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking and dining needs. The primary bedroom has a king mattress, sliding glass doors to the front balcony, En Suite full bath with separate powder room, Smart TV and a walk in closet. The primary bath has a double vanity with stone countertop, new lighting and new mirrors. Master bath has a recently refinished tub/shower combo with new sliding glass doors. Our guest room has a king bed, En Suite bath, Smart TV and new plantation shutters. Guest bath is very spacious with a large vanity, new lighting, new mirror and new glass shower door. The second guest room has two twin beds and a wall mounted Smart TV. Full size washer/dryer in hall, Free Wi-Fi, and plenty of free parking. Please feel free to email for further info. We look forward to having you as our guests.

*This condo comes with the complimentary use of our Beach Locker #132 located in the Owners Storage Room in South Tower on the ground level. Please fee free to store your beach gear in our locker and share whatever is in the locker, if anything. We do not inventory the locker contents as guests leave items and other items get tossed due to rust and breakage.

NOTE: MM5 is available for monthly rental

~You will receive a check-in instruction packet via US MAIL 2-3 weeks prior to your date of arrival. The packet will include (2) cardboard parking passes and access code.

Awesome week

As always Paradise Found and Ocean Creek did not disappoint. This is a beautifully decorated condo with amazing views. The kitchen is well equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed our week celebrating our 44th anniversary and Easter weekend with our grandkids.

Beautiful and well appointed condo, perfect for our family of four adults and two kids. We love the resort—pools, volleyball, pickleball, and of course the beach and inlet. It is very peaceful, safe and uncrowded compared to downtown MB.

We have stayed at Ocean Creek many times and this condo was one of our favorites. The views are very nice, kitchen was well stocked and the two king beds were a plus for our family. The kids enjoyed the park/playground at Barefoot’s Landing as well as the Arcade. We enjoyed our stay!

Winter get-away at MM5 Ocean Creek

MM5 was very nicely appointed and comfortable for our 2 month stay. No need for any extra towels, dishes etc. The view is fabulous with all day sunshine. Cheryl is available for questions with prompt replies and she makes check-in super easy.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great stay. Immediate beach access was so convenient with the three kids. No need to haul a wagon around. Great location in regard to restaurants and amenities as well. We ended up across the road at Barefoot landing for dinner a few nights. Our visit was just a week or two before graduation/summer break for school systems, so we beat the crowds on the beach and when going out - I highly recommend trying to stay here just before the school summer season starts or when school is back in.

Condo was beautiful, just as pictured in listing. Perfect location as the beach was much less crowded than the North Myrtle Beach city limits beach just steps away. Very spacious, enough room for our family of 4 plus my parents. Cheryl was quick to reply to a small issue that arose during our stay. We will definitely consider staying at this condo again should we return next year!

another great South Tower visit

Ocean Creek is the only resort I have ever stayed on the Grand Strand. Its a special spot and the South Tower is our favorite. This condo offers a gorgeous view overlooking the ocean, the creek and Briarcliffe - so quiet and peaceful. The condo furnishings are top notch and very comfortable. Wonderful Stay!

Family trip to the beach was exactly what we needed! Beautiful views and prime location to everything. Cheryl was very responsive and even turned up the temp on the water for us during a check on the water heater. Thanks for making it easy to check in with the mailed packet prior to arrival. Nice unit, had all the things you needed. Beds slept well, which is a BIG PLUS!! The location of the unit with the view was great! Very peaceful and quiet on our side. We will be back to visit again. It was great being able to use the lockers while there, not bring all the sand back upstairs to the unit, was a big help!

Ocean Creek never disappoints

I absolutely love the resort. We have been staying here for the past 8 years in north tower. This time we chose condo in south tower. Check in process was seamless as there was no time to mail my packet. The condo was great, clean and as advertised. All of the necessary kitchen items were present and the chairs and items in beach locker were nice if we needed to use. I will definitely book this rental again.
