The stay did not fully match the listing and several issues affected our experience.There was no consistent hot water during our stay and it was not resolved. Check-in was also difficult due to unclear instructions and unreachable contact details on arrival.Some details were not as described, including the bed setup (two single beds pushed together), a shared bathroom that was not clearly disclosed, and the absence of a TV mentioned in the listing. Only one towel was provided for two guests.Overall, the property did not meet the expectations set by the listing.
