Steeped in over 200 years of history, this exceptional Cornish barn was once the heart of a working farm. Today, it has been beautifully transformed into a refined countryside retreat, where original character meets thoughtful modern luxury.
Set within the tranquil rural landscape just outside Menheniot, the barn offers privacy, space and a true sense of escape — yet remains perfectly placed for exploring Cornwall’s coastline, beaches and charming villages. It is an ideal setting for indulgent family holidays, elegant group getaways or relaxed multi-generation stays.

The Space
Step inside via the entrance hallway and into the spacious open-plan kitchen and dining area, where exposed beams and travertine flooring reflect the barn’s heritage while underfloor heating adds modern comfort.

The dining area features a large table for shared mealtimes and a TV, making it a welcoming hub for the whole group. From here, stairs lead down into the main living space.

The lounge is bright, spacious and beautifully comfortable, centred around a wood-burning stove and offering views across the surrounding countryside. Underfloor heating runs throughout, ensuring the space remains cosy year-round.
There’s ample seating, a TV/DVD setup with Sky package and Netflix included, making it perfect for relaxed evenings after a day exploring.
Two sets of French doors open directly onto the patio and gardens, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living.

Work & Utility Spaces
A separate office space overlooks the garden, ideal for quiet working or planning days out.
The utility room is fully equipped with a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board — perfect for longer stays and family holidays.

The en-suite features a separate bath, shower and WC
Jack-and-Jill doors allow it to double as a family bathroom if preferred
Bedroom 2: Twin bedroom with two single beds
Bedroom 3: Super-king bedroom with underfloor heating and ample storage
