Can Pou Nou is an elegant villa set within an extensive very well-kept garden and perfectly situated between the villages of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa - just a 5 minute drive between both villages and nearby beaches.
This villa is ideal for families and is built with taste. The impressive entrance has a beautiful staircase that leads to the first floor where most of the bedrooms are located.
On the ground floor, the comfortable lounge leads to the fully equipped kitchen which has an extended bar and dining area with access to a further sitting area and exterior dining table - perfect for alfresco dining.
The Villa Can Pou Nou has four bedrooms, two doubles and two twin and three bathrooms, accommodating 8 guests. There is also an extra single room (suitable for a person under 16 years of age)
Outside, the pool, with Roman steps, is located to one side of the house and enjoys sun all day long. There is also a brick-built barbecue and ping pong table.
Villa Can Pou Nou enjoys beautiful views from the garden to the Tramuntana Mountain Range in the far, declared World Heritage Site.
