Pollensa is only a short stroll away. By car you will be in 3 to 5 minutes drive in the old town and at the beach. The old town is famous for its Sunday market and the narrow cobbled streets with authentic shops, boutiques and excellent restaurants. The surroundings of Pollensa are popular with hikers, bikers and cyclists alike.

The elegant interior of Finca Josper is furnished to a very high standard with local pine furnishings and fittings making a comfortable holiday home. Upon entering is the large entrance hall/dining room area with an inner archway leading into the lounge with Satellite TV, DVD player and french doors opening to the pool-side terrace and gardens. The modern, well equipped kitchen has microwave, dishwasher, electric oven/gas hob, fridge/freezer, eye level fitted cupboards and extractor fan. The washing machine is housed in the utility room. The master bedroom has en-suite bath/shower room and one pretty twin bedroom has adjacent full bath/shower room. Stairs lead from the hall up to two further twin bedrooms sharing one full bath/shower room. All bedrooms are fitted with air-conditioning. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00.

The large swimming pool is at the rear of the house, surrounded by furnished sun terraces, lawns and well kept gardens with a vineyard, orange and clementine trees. A special feature of Finca Josper is the separate casita with brick-built BBQ, bread oven, cooker and washing facilities. The adjacent covered side terrace is ideal for al-fresco meals, overlooking the pool and gardens with mountain views.
