Pitlochry also has a golf course and the Tay Forest Park to keep you busy, the dramatic Cairngorms National Park also comes nearby for some serious walking and cycling. The town hosts festivals and is home to a number of different shops and restaurants to enjoy. With the Blair Athol Distillery also available, this town has something for everybody. The astonishing city of Perth makes for a wonderful day trip with its incredible architecture, wide range of amenities and other activities such as its museum and art gallery.
