Four Oaks House – Family-Friendly Stay with Hot Tub & Games Room, Sleeps 16
Four Oaks House offers private off-road parking for up to 4 large cars, with additional parking available on request. The enclosed yard is finished with high-quality astroturf and includes a fun mini golf area, making it a great space for both relaxing and safe play for children.
The outdoor decking area features a covered hot tub with 6 seats and 120 jets, perfect for unwinding year-round. It is sheltered by a gazebo with optional privacy curtains and mosquito nets. To respect our neighbours, the hot tub automatically turns off at 9:30pm and we kindly ask that all outdoor activity ends at this time. The hot tub is fully cleaned and treated between each stay, and simple usage and maintenance instructions are provided in the guestbook.
Outdoor seating is available, along with disposable BBQs, charcoal and firelighters. Guests are also welcome to bring their own larger BBQ if preferred.
Inside, the house is well-equipped for large groups, with a main kitchen and a second additional kitchen providing extra cooking space, appliances and storage. The dining area includes a large extendable table, and there is a comfortable living space with a smart TV - ideal for relaxing together.
The property sleeps up to 16 guests across 7 bedrooms, many with en-suite bathrooms and flexible zip-and-link beds that can be arranged as twins or super kings.
A large games room provides plenty of entertainment for all ages, including pool, air hockey, table tennis and more - perfect for group stays.
