Welcome to Oasis 41. Set within the grounds of its own golf club, this stylish lodge offers a relaxing retreat, ideal for golf lovers and those seeking a peaceful waterside setting. On-site facilities include an indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and Caldecott Golf Club, which features a clubhouse serving food and drink (available at an additional cost).



The ground floor hosts all three bedrooms, comprising a bunk room, a king-size bedroom with access to a covered courtyard seating area, and a master bedroom with a super-king-size bed and en-suite shower room. A family shower room and separate WC are also located on this level, providing convenience for all guests. The lodge is of eco-construction with triple glazing and excellent insulation.



Upstairs, the spacious open-plan living area enjoys lovely views across the lake and golf course. The lounge is comfortably furnished with sofas, armchairs, and a Smart TV, while large windows allow plenty of natural light. The dining area features a modern glass table, and the well-equipped kitchen includes an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, and an American-style fridge/freezer with ice dispenser. A WC is also located on this floor, with a separate utility room downstairs housing a washing machine and tumble dryer.



Outdoor space is plentiful, with a first-floor balcony for al fresco dining and a relaxing egg chair, as well as a covered veranda on the ground floor. Golfers can enjoy both 18-hole and 9-hole courses, with visitor passes and buggy hire available at an additional cost. The Norfolk Broads are close by, with boat hire available at Saint Olaves (2 miles), while Somerleyton Hall and Gardens is 5 miles away. For seaside outings, Gorleston-on-Sea is 5 miles away and Great Yarmouth is just 7 miles from the lodge.
