Harvest Hide-away is a stunning, light, airy newly completed home (2022) with an enclosed garden. Our master, with ensuite & rainfall shower, has a roomy euro kingsize bed.

Located in Rollesby, a peaceful, Broadland village, it is a 7 minute stroll to the farm shop & 10 minute drive to the closest boatyard to hire a cruiser for a day or launch a kayak.

The seaside is within easy reach with an abundance of beautiful beaches, most dog friendly & no restrictions; the nearest a 10-minute drive.

Our master bedroom has a super comfy euro-king sized bed (that’s bigger than a king-size!) with a topper and USB points. Bedroom two has a roomy double beds and bedroom three a relaxing day-bed which we can make up either as single or full double with topper.

Our master has an ensuite bathroom with a toilet, sink, shaving point and mirror with a large, walk-in shower fitted with both rainwater and normal showerheads. There is also a family bathroom with sink, toilet, relaxing bath with shower attachment. This is a favourite room for an evening relaxation and wind down as it features a bath caddy bridge, which holds a book or laptop, candle, and glass of champagne or red wine.

Downstairs there's a light, airy living room which opens into the kitchen via glass doors. With a corner sofa, armchair and large oak table which seats 6 or even 8, there is plenty of room for board games or a jigsaw. Our smart TV is wall mounted and 55 inches; you can easily sign into your own Netflix, Amazon and iPlayer account.

French doors lead to a large, enclosed garden - perfect for four legged friends. With outdoor seating, patio area and BBQ this is the perfect space for watching the sun go down.

You'll also enjoy our spacious, well-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'll need. Sat on a bar stool at our bar table you have a view to the front of Harvest Court, with many trees, and the distant pond. You may even spot a turkey, through the branches in the adjacent field, which is home to an animal sanctuary, so you can feel truly immersed in nature.

We have under floor heating so it is cosy in the winter. On the ground floor you'll also find a spacious room with toilet and sink. Immediately outside we have a bench upon which to luxuriate in the sunshine with a morning coffee and 3 parking spaces, so there is even room to bring a boat on a trailer!
