Welcome to the holiday home of owner Monica, Joe's beach house is a lovely, home from home, light and airy two bedroom cottage located very close to the sea.

Situated on Silversands Way, the location couldn't be better, it's why Monica, the owner fell in love with the house three years ago. A keen open water swimmer and water sports enthusiast being as close to the beach access as possible was key.

The lovely cottage is suitable for a group of 5 people (max 4 adults) plus infant. The house is seaside themed for your coastal getaway.

Enter through the composite red front door to a hallway with downstairs cloakroom and HIVE thermostat for heating. Downstairs toilet & basin with shoe storage & extra cloak room storage, quirky coat hooks.

Open plan living space, wooden flooring throughout. Well-equipped kitchen including a large SMEG fridge-freezer, washing-machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. The lounge area has modern leather sofas, and fireside armchair. Smart TV, sound bar for added movie feeling. Dining area has large table, 4 chairs. Under the stairs storage for books, airer, vacuum etc. Downstairs living space is versatile and bright, flexible layout for couples and families.

Bifold doors open onto a patio with table, 4 chairs and communal lawns. The cottage is close to the sea path and quiet, located near on-site amenities eg Leisure Centre, Shop, Pharmacy, Eatery and Pub.

Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms. The main bedroom has a new king size bed, double closet clothes storage, bedside storage and additional drawer/bureau storage, mirrors and hair drier. Smart TV with Disney Plus. Juliette balcony and a glimpse of the sea with views of Bempton cliffs. Fall asleep and awaken to the sounds of the sea.

The second bedroom has full-size twin beds, wall mounted TV with double closet clothes storage, bedside storage, additional drawer storage and hair drier. There is also an additional guest bed (small single) for a child only (optional extra).
This room has a lovely view over to Filey Brigg looking onto the coastal path. The King Charles III Coastal Path runs directly in front of the cottage, taking you either to Filey or Bridlington

Available for younger guests toy dolls, doll high chair and doll crib, playing bricks, play mats, books. Childrens coat stand, table and stools.

Family bathroom with bath and over bath waterfall shower.

This is a child friendly property with high chair seat, high chair, stair gate, children's plastic cups, bowls, plates, beakers, cutlery and some toys. Travel cot as an optional extra or you may prefer to bring your own.

Between the two is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower over, toilet & basin.

There is free unlimited high speed WIFI throughout the property and a modern pop up work desk for working away or catching up on emails

With Smart TV's, sound bar for that movie experience.

The home would suit stays for couples and adults as there are Jigsaws, Local interest books, Novels by local authors and board games aplenty.

Strictly no pets allowed. The property accommodates those who prefer to stay in a property where pets have not been.

A well equipped cottage with an excellent cleaning team to ensure the highest standards. Under stair cupboard stores airer, ironing board, iron, vacuum and other essentials.

This property is part of The Bay Holiday Village and all bookings gain direct beach access, unlimited use of The Bay Filey Indoor Pool, Baby Pool, Sauna, Steam Room and Gym. Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts.
