Clean home, equipped with main essentials and near stores! Only issue was the windows and doors to the home only covered by a very see through curtain. All hours of the day & night you can see right through the entire home very very unsafe

Clean room, easyv access to whatvwe wanted, decent price. But I had sent 3 messages to the host with no answers. We would have been fine being told no early check in or there are no coffee filters, but we were sinply not responded to.

It is a very nice property overall. Looks just as it does in the pictures. There were two major drawbacks and one minor. 1) Upon entering the unit, I was greeted with the strong musty smell of mildew. Within about 15 minutes my asthma was beginning to flair up. I reached out to the owner who at first said there was no issue and it was just my sensitivity of smell. Once I reached to customer service, they sent a maintenance worker and a cleaning staffer. They refused to speak to me or answer any of my questions but were unaware that I spoke Spanish. The owner responded to my message saying my staff confirmed that there was no ordor. I’m sure they too were surprised to learn that I understood the entire conversation. They never fixed the issue I had to open all the windows and spent about 20 on candles and deodorizers to cover the smell. The other issue is that the tent on the front glass door is on backwards so you can put see out of the apartment but anyone walking by can see in. I messaged about that but got no response. Lastly, the minor issue - the freezer must have been left opened by a past guest because it was frozen over with so much frost that we couldn’t even fit a bag of ice. If not for those issues, it would have been an amazing stay.
