It is located on a single floor with private uncovered parking space and has an outdoor space of about 35 square meters with sea view, ideal for enjoying the breathtaking panorama and magnificent sunsets.
The completely renovated house offers an air-conditioned living room, a separate kitchenette with electric hob, a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower. Adjacent to the kitchen we have a utility room with washing machine and boiler.
This property is located in a strategic position, close to the neighboring tourist centers and the splendid beaches of the Lazio coast. The characteristic historic center of Sperlonga, the tourist port and the sandy beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. Also, just 20 km away is Gaeta, famous for its monuments and the Monte Orlando Park. Rome and Naples are easily reachable in just over an hour.
