Just 7 km from the centre of Sperlonga, you can enjoy the beauty of neighbouring tourist centres such as Gaeta and Terracina and the wonderful crystal clear waters and sandy beaches just a few kilometres away.
The flat, completely renovated in 2008, is on one floor and offers approximately 40 square metres of well-distributed interior space. It includes a cosy kitchenette, a bright living room with a balcony overlooking the sea and equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed, a bedroom and a full bathroom. The large outdoor area of approximately 35 square metres is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sea view and is equipped with a barbecue.
