Comfortable beds. Carpet & tile floor need replacing. Very hot water in the master bath & the hot/cold water is backwards in the master tub. Loved having the non-glass cups. We had a great view of fireworks. Pool was not refreshing, way too warm for the summer. The people at the Vacasa office were wonderful & very helpful.

Could not regulate the water in either bathtub. To have any water pressure at all it either had to be cold or hot. Also didn’t realize it would be quite so close to the airport However most of the air traffic was during the afternoon so it wasn’t a huge problem. The actual unit was very nice & exceeded our expectations.

For a family of 5, we did have enough room, we did enjoy our family time in Key West for the four nights.. But kitchen tile is all buckled up and broken by the dishwasher and they covered it up with a rug. Both beds weren’t not very comfortable and the couch needs to be replaced, dirty looking. Could use a coat of fresh paint.

This particular unit needs to be updated. The patio screen wouldn't close as the wheels and the track need to be replaced. The oven had rust on the lower front part.

Condo was clean and orderly. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. I was disappointed that this unit did not have a washer and dryer as we pack light and use them to extend our wardrobe. Neighborhood was very quiet, even though the pool was on our side we didn't hear anything. Could use some repairs in the kitchen floor, but overall it was very acceptable.

We enjoyed our stay in Key West. The condo provided all essentials. I will note that it does need to be updated and definitely needs new flooring in the kitchen. The pool and grounds were well kept. It was a comfortable stay.

Great space with minor issues

Kitchen floor is completely broken, the ceiling fan is jot centered on its mount and the carpet is frayed badly entering the bedroom. The place is fine just needs these minor details repaired.

Nice but needed updates.

I realize ocean air and salt cause issues. But the refrigerator had like pasta sauce stains and rust. Stove had rust. 2 burners (irons) didn’t fit properly. Tiled floor needs replacement. Bed and bath were good. The place works, it just needs some repairs and updates.
