Zephyr is a spacious, light, bright and airy modern apartment on the first floor with partial river views from its stylish open plan living room.  With a relatively level and short walk into Fowey town, once you have parked your car, getting out and about in Fowey and across to Polruan via the passenger ferry is a breeze.  In the car (via the nearby car ferry at Caffa Mill to Bodinnick), you will be able to easily visit wonderful Cornish destinations like Looe and Polperro which are just a few miles away.  The closest beach to the centre of Fowey is Whitehouse beach.  This beach is tidal and at high tides the beach will disappear for a time. The fabulous beach at Readymoney Cove is just a few minutes walk further along and is a lovely cove with sheltered waters and beach cafe/shop and toilets. Readymoney Cove and Whitehouse beach are dog friendly all year accept for July and August.  For a summer, all year round, dog friendly beach you can choose between the nearby Par Sands and the less busy, Polridmouth beach. Once you have fully exhausted and experienced the very pleasant vibe of Fowey and its abundance of shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, then just across the water via passenger ferry is the hillside village of Polruan with traditional pubs, cafe and a shop or two. Whilst staying in Fowey there are plenty of places to visit nearby and/or via a car but two must visit attractions (within just a half hours drive of Zephyr) are the world renowned Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan.  Main apartment building entrance Located on Station Road, the entry doors are operated by key code.  Once inside, two sets of carpeted stairs with handrails take you up to the first floor.  Apartment entrance Carpeted hallway with access to all of your apartment.  A cupboard here accommodates the washing machine.   Open plan, kitchen, dining and living room with handy work space Carpeted with comfy three seater sofa and foot stool, coffee table and SMART TV. Ample storage for your toiletries.  Bedroom Located at the rear of the apartment the bedroom is carpeted with standard double bed and ample hanging and drawer space.  Heating This property is heated by a selection of electric, wall mounted radiators Pets Sorry, this property does not accept pets Whilst there is no private outside space with this apartment, just across the road you will find plenty of riverside benches to take in the view with your morning coffee.  Parking is available at one of the nearby pay and display car parks at Caffa Mill or Station Yard. Caffa Mill car park is conveniently located directly opposite the apartment complex.  The great bonus of parking for Zephyr in these handy car parks is that you won't get caught up in the smaller town centre pay and display car parks and dealing with the with one way system. The property accommodates a maximum of 2 people.  The first floor accommodation is not suitable for children or infants.  Sorry, this accommodation does not accept pets.
