This holiday home from 2024 accommodates up to ten people and features four separate bedrooms and a loft. The house measures 112 m² and is fully insulated for year-round comfort. The spacious living area combines lounge, dining space, and kitchen in one open, functional layout.



The home is bright and modern, with internet and a heat pump. There is plenty of space for shared cooking, game nights, and relaxation—ideal for one large family or two traveling together. The large terrace extends the living area and invites outdoor living.



Outside, a luxurious 1,400-liter hot tub awaits. Up to six people can enjoy warm baths under the open sky in both summer and winter. The surrounding area is calm and child-friendly, perfect for relaxation and play.



The beach is about 1,300 meters away, offering shallow waters, wide sandy beaches, and dunes for shelter. Ideal for swimming, sunbathing, picnics, and walks. The beach is also popular with windsurfers and kayakers, with open views to the horizon.



Marielyst is a classic holiday area with everything within walking and cycling distance: mini golf, go-karting, golf course, bowling, escape room, bike rental, restaurants, and shops. In summer, the town square is lively with many activities for children.



Nature, sea, and experiences are close by. Visit nearby forests, spot birds in the nature reserve, explore local farm shops, or enjoy an ice cream in town. The largest shopping town on Falster is only 15 km away.
