Villa Miracle is a luxurious 341 m2 villa located in the peaceful surroundings of Brtonigla, just a few minutes’ drive from the sea and the charming coastal town of Novigrad. Novigrad is known for its well-kept marina, excellent gastronomy, and charming old town, offering guests the perfect combination of relaxation and authentic Istrian tradition. The villa also offers a partial sea view, ideal for enjoying beautiful Adriatic sunsets.

Set on a private plot of 1,151 m2, Villa Miracle provides complete privacy and tranquillity. The villa is optimally suited for 5 guests, with a maximum capacity of 6 thanks to an additional extra bed. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

All three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, making the villa very practical and comfortable. Two bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms and king-size beds measuring 180 × 200 cm. The third bedroom is furnished with a single bed measuring 90 × 200 cm, while an extra bed is available in one of the rooms and can be moved according to guests’ needs. An additional separate guest toilet is also available.

A special highlight of Villa Miracle is its private wellness area, available throughout the year. Guests can enjoy a large indoor jacuzzi with a counter-current swimming system, a sauna, a small gym, and a shower, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and rejuvenation.

The modern fully equipped kitchen is connected to a dining area with a table for six, while the living room with a sofa, loveseat, and armchair offers a cosy space to relax with a book or enjoy your favourite movies and TV series.

Stepping out onto the terrace, guests will find a spacious outdoor area with a heated swimming pool of 50 m2. The pool area includes an outdoor shower, six sun loungers, and three parasols, perfect for carefree sunbathing. A summer kitchen with a gas grill is also available, ideal for outdoor dining. For additional entertainment, guests can enjoy table tennis and a small children’s playground, making the villa a great choice for families.

Villa Miracle is located in a quiet area, yet close to all essential amenities. A restaurant and grocery store are approximately 1 km away, while the nearest beach and the sea are about 4 km from the villa. The marina and harbour are located around 5 km away, allowing easy access to the coast, excursions, and all the charms of western Istria.
