Vielen Dank an Nicoletta sehr professionell in der Kommunikation sehr schnell geantwortet. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Im Haus hat man alles, was man braucht, um mit der Familie eine schöne Woche am Meer zu verbringen. Es ist schön groß mit Außenbereich und einem Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück hinter dem Eingangstor. Wir hatten eine entspannte Woche.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft von Nicoletta. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ordentlich und genau wie auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist auch super - die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig gelegen und dennoch braucht man zu Fuß nur knapp 6 Minuten bis zum Strand. Die Wohnung hatte eine große Einfahrt in der wir sogar zwei Autos unterbringen konnten. Jedes Zimmer hatte eine eigene Klimaanlage. Die kleine Terrasse bzw. der Garten sind auch sehr schön und man kann dort entspannt frühstücken oder zu Abend essen. Für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt so. Nicoletta war auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vielen Dank!

Appartamento spazioso e molto ben attrezzato. Letti comodissimi e spazi confortevoli. Aria condizionata nel salone e in tutte e tre le camere da letto. Veranda molto carina e giardinetto ben curato. Ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Consigliamo di noleggiare delle bici perché l’unico supermercatino di Marina di Grosseto è un po’ lontano dalla casa. Con la bici si raggiunge in 5/6 minuti.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Lage war ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden, und wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevolissima settimana nella casa di Nicoletta. Appartamento nuovo, spazioso, pulito, comodissimo e con un bello spazio all’aperto. Si trova in una zona tranquilla a pochi passi dal lungo mare di Marina di Grosseto. Nicoletta è stata molto gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

L'alloggio é molto carino e funzionale. Abbiamo vissuto la bella veranda durante le colazioni e le cene. Si raggiunge il mare con una breve passeggiata. Nicoletta é stata premurosa e accogliente. Speriamo di ritornare, in prossimo futuro, in vacanza nella sua bella casa.
