This 50-sqm apartment is located on the 5th floor of a secure building with an elevator. The spacious living area is equipped with a sofa bed, flat-screen TV, dining table, and chairs, making it perfect for both relaxation and work.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need, including an electric kettle, sink, toaster, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and more. You'll find full sets of dishes, cutlery, and crockery, as well as pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to help you prepare your meals. Additionally, there is a combination washer and dryer for your convenience, along with an iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, and broom.
The bedroom offers a peaceful park view and features a comfortable double bed with a high-quality mattress. Freshly laundered sheets, comforters, pillows, and pillowcases are provided, along with bath towels for each guest. The apartment has one bathroom, accessible via the hallway, which includes a shower, toilet, and sink. You'll also find a hairdryer and complimentary toilet rolls, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap to make your stay more comfortable from the start.
Our guests’ safety is our top priority, which is why the flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before each arrival. The apartment is heated throughout during the winter months. There is no air conditioning, but portable fans can be provided upon request, subject to availability.

- Check-out is by 10:00AM.
- Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times.
- Strictly NON-smoking.
- Pets NOT allowed
- The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people.
- Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom.
- Please note for reservations valued over £1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes.

Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
