Located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, this apartment sits on a typical Porto street, marked by traditional facades and a true neighborhood feel. Just a few minutes from cafés, grocery stores, and public transport with quick connections to the city center, it offers an authentic, safe, and quiet environment characteristic of the Bonfim area.

- Living Room
Bright and welcoming, the living room is designed to help unwind after a day in the city. The comfortable sofa bed, air conditioning, and clean, modern décor create a serene atmosphere, ideal for relaxing or working comfortably.

- Kitchen
Partially integrated into the living room, the kitchen keeps the space fluid and functional. It is equipped with a 4-burner electric stovetop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, and Dolce Gusto coffee machine, making it suitable for both short and long stays.

- Bedrooms
Both bedrooms have been designed with boutique-hotel comfort in mind, featuring a contemporary and cozy aesthetic.

Suite: Queen-size bed (160x200), air conditioning, TV, and a quiet environment for a restful stay.

Second bedroom: Double bed (150x190) in warm tones, soft lighting, and textile details that elevate the atmosphere. Also equipped with air conditioning and a TV.

- Bathrooms
The apartment includes two modern bathrooms, one of them ensuite, both featuring walk-in showers with rain-shower heads, offering a comfortable and practical experience.

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.

￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.

￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.

￫ Check-in time starts from 15:00 to 22:00 (additional cost of 25€ for check-ins after 22:00). Only one set of keys will be provided.

￫ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.

￫ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys on the main table.

￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.

￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly utility bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.

￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT.:

- Please confirm your check-in time as soon as possible so we can arrange everything specially for you.

- Flexible check-in and check-out are available upon request, but only if the property is available. These requests must be done in advance.

- Late Check-In Fee.: 25€ after 22h00.

- Late Check-Out Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.

- Early Check-In Fee.: Possible if the property is available, but it’s subject to a payment of a 25€ fee.

CLEANING and LAUNDRY.:

- Bedding Sets and Towels are provided according with the number of guests.

- The Cleaning Fee covers the check-in/check-out cleaning only.

- For longer stays it's possible to arrange extra cleanings (with an additional cost).

- For stays longer than 7 nights, extra linen will be provided.

- The apartment is always cleaned by a professional cleaning service. If there's something that doesn't meet your standards, please contact us.

OTHER RULES.:

- Make sure you are up-to-date on travel restrictions/requirements. We may ask for additional documentation according to government guidelines.

- Children’s High Chair and Baby Crib available by request (extra cost of 25€).

- The silent period in Portugal is between 22h00 and 08h00, and night rest period must be respected. The apartment is in a residential area and you should be aware that social events and other activities that might disturb the neighbors are prohibited.

- As a city in continuous modernization, renovation works may occur in the vicinity of the building without prior notice. We would also like to remind you that the property is located in a residential building, where conservation or renovation works may take place during your stay.
