Tucked away on a secluded hamlet half-way between Stratford-upon-Avon and Warwick, this recently converted 1890s barn offers spacious ground floor accommodation in a beautiful rural setting nestled in a bend of the River Avon. Your accommodation includes a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a large living area with double sofa bed.
The Space:
The idyllic rural location with abundant wildlife and country footpaths is perfect for walkers and nature lovers. Bring the dogs! You have your own enclosed back garden. If you fish and have a license, bring your tackle, The River Avon is at the bottom of our paddock. Your bedroom has beautiful country views over our no access drive, so most passersby will be the occasional horse or sheep.
The local history and cultural attractions are unbeatable, whilst the choice international and local cuisine is renowned.
You will have the place to yourself, but we can be contacted for advice and support if needed. Retreat and relax.
**The coffee machine at the property is a Tassimo for anyone wanting to bring some pods with them :)

Guests have exclusive access to the property during their stay including private garden and parking.

Cars are required due to the limited public transport in this area.
