You will thank yourself for choosing this lovely c. 1820 Georgian BnB. Great location for walking or taking the tram to the Britannia, Leith Walk, or the Royal Mile. The biggest problem is actually leaving the house-it’s that cosy and enjoyable. Katie is the ultimate hostess. Note: There are three levels so consider that if stairs are an issue. Five stars across the board!!!

Anne and her family are the dream guests, so charming , spotlessly clean, a delight to have to stay. A big part of the joy in letting people stay in the house is to make them feel they are somewhere special .
