Escape to the sun-drenched shores of the Costa Blanca and unwind in our charming two-bedroom holiday home. Perfect for families or couples seeking a tranquil getaway, this delightful property offers a comfortable and stylish retreat.
The apartment is located in posh area of a beautiful town Villamartin on Costa Blanca.
It has been recently renovated but we kept original floors, windows and doors to give apartment that traditional Spanish look and character.
Apartment contains 2 bedrooms. 1 double bed and 2 single beds + sofabed in the living room.
It is located on a first floor of a 1 floor building and has its own balcony and solarium on the roof with garden furniture (and a bit of a distant sea view 🤭)
Apartment is:
40 minutes from Alicante or Murcia airports
5 minutes walking distance from Mercadona supermarket
approx 7 minutes walking distance from a small centre with bars and restaurants
5 minutes by car to famous La Zenia Boulevard with bars and restaurants
10 minutes by car from beautiful blue flag beaches and 15 minutes by car from more beaches
10 minutes by car from large shopping centre and more restaurants and bars
15 minutes by car to a famous pink lake with hundreds pink flamingos (visable even from the nearby road!)
30 minutes to 1.5hrs to various tourist attractions.
The estate has comunal pool spread on two levels, park, small playground and stream with wild turtles.
