There are two bright and airy bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed and plenty of space to relax or store your belongings.
The flat features a main bathroom with a shower over the bathtub and an additional smaller bathroom with a shower—ideal for families or friends traveling together.
Step outside to your private back yard patio, a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening meal when the weather is warm. It’s perfect for enjoying the spring and summer days in peace.

Guests have access to the whole property
* Please be aware that the apartment is located in the basement of the building. There are also a significant number of stairs leading to the apartment , so guests with mobility concerns should take this into consideration.
* Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
* Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
*The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
* The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
* The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
*Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
*We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
*Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
