Enjoy a relaxing holiday in this comfortable one-bedroom duplex located in the well-known residential complex Port Canigó, in the quiet area of Santa Margarida, in Roses (Girona), on the Costa Brava. Just 1 km from the beach and close to the marina, this accommodation offers all the comfort needed for an unforgettable stay.

Living room with double sofa bed, TV, air conditioning and access to a 40 m² terrace with open views.
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, refrigerator, ceramic hob and kitchen utensils.
One double bedroom (160 cm bed) with wardrobe and air conditioning, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe.
Full bathroom with shower.
Upper floor:
Access via interior staircase.
Large private 40 m² solarium with sea views, equipped with sun loungers. Ideal for sunbathing, outdoor dining or simply relaxing in the evening.
Complex facilities
Communal swimming pool for adults and children (open seasonally).
Outdoor jacuzzi.
Gardens and green areas.
Private parking (subject to availability).
