Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances grâce à un propriétaire très accueillant, gentil et disponible. Appartement tout équipé a un emolacement idéal

De la réservation à la restitution, expérience très positive. L'appartement est parfaitement équipé pour passer un séjour confortable. La piscine et la place de parking sont un vrai plus. Proche de toutes les activités, plages, restaurants, etc. Un peu plus éloigné du centre ville, ce qui permet de passer un séjour au calme.

Une semaine a rosas

Très bon séjour dans un superbe appartement avec vue canaux bateaux, mer et montagne. On se sent comme a la maison car accessoires et vaisselle à profusion. Decoration familiale . tout y est pour se sentir bien. Et parking couvert sécurisé pour la voiture indispensable dans le quartier. Accès plage en 20 mn à pied facile. Supérette proche ouverte de 7 h à 22 h

Kein Deutsches Fernseh und kein W lan. Wohnung in Ordnung.

Aufendhalt war gut nur man konnte nicht mal Nachrichten anschauen. Geht für Deutsche gar nicht. Sonst hat man sich in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt.

Appartement 2/4 personnes Santa Margarita

Appartement très bien situé et très joliment décoré au calme dans une résidence en bord de canal, vue très agréable. La piscine réservé au locataire de la résidence et propre et les abord bien entretenue. Je suis contente d'y avoir séjourné pendant 15 jours, L'appartement est bien équipé pour 2 à 4 personnes on ne manque de rien. A proximité des commerces et de la mer. Parking privé ceux qui est très appréciable étant donné que pour trouver des places de parking c'est un peu galère au niveau des commerces, Tout peu se faire en mini bus ou à pied, cela est très agréable pour se rendre à Rosas. Tarif mini bus très correct. Pour ces belles prestations, le tarif est correct, Ayant déjà séjournée dans cette ville mais dans un autre secteur, qui lui était plus loin et beaucoup plus bruyant, et les prestations n'étaient pas les mêmes. Dans CETTE jolie résidence, tout est compris dans le prix (Draps, serviettes de bain, produits ménagés, torchons, vaisselles, machine à café, machine à laver...) et chacun sais que juste à devoir ramener le linge de maison, il faut une valise de plus) Là tout y est. En ce qui concerne la conciergerie, nous étions en contact avec Karine, personnes très agréable, serviable et à l'écoute des locataires. La moindre question, elle est présente et vous répond de suite. Personnellement, nous n'avons eu aucun soucis durant notre séjour et si je retourne l'année prochaine en Espagne, je sais ou réservé mon appartement, je ne chercherais pas ailleurs.

Santa Margarida - Cap Mestral

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einer sehr sauberen, gepflegten und ruhigen Wohnung, in der man nichts vermisst hat. Vom Balkon hat man eine tolle Aussicht und man hat einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Der Empfang der Vermieter war freundlich und herzlich. Beide waren sehr nett und gaben noch Tips bezüglich Ausflugszielen und Restaurants. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub.
