Welcome to our charming vacation apartment, where you will find a comfortable and convenient experience.



The property is strategically located just 250 meters from the beach, facilitating access to coastal activities and the varied offer of summer bars and restaurants. In addition, its proximity to restaurants, the sandy beach, supermarkets, shops and the town allows you to enjoy everything on foot, without having to take the car.



The 28 m2 sunny terrace with table and chairs, opening onto a private garden, offers a pleasant outdoor space with views of the surroundings.



The ground floor apartment has been tastefully decorated, and the bathrooms have been completely renovated, creating a modern and updated atmosphere.



For your comfort, we provide air conditioning in the living room and fans in all bedrooms.



The cozy living room has a large window that opens to the terrace and private garden. Entertainment is guaranteed with satellite TV, which offers channels in several languages.



The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.



With one room with a 1.50 m bed and another with two 0.90 m single beds, the apartment is perfect for couples, families or friends. In addition, it has a bathroom with a toilet and another with a shower and a washing machine.

Nous aimons l emplacement et l espace. Ren ovation facile et peu chère....... Pressing pour les couvre lits et couvertures Changer les rideaux Changer portes placards cassées dans petite chambre Dans la salle de bain changer le flexible de douche et porte sav on rouillé dans la douche et nettoyer la machine à laver A la cuisine mettre des casseroles neuves et des poêles neuves Surtout laver les murs tres sales de la cuisine Changer le canape et mettre un coup de peinture sur les murs et changer les rideaux Mettre le wifi......

Leuk verblijf in verouderd appartement

Goed appartement, wel wat verouderd. Bij aankomst dingen kapot, tv werkte niet. Na overleg werd het wel hersteld. Beste is om het vooraf te checken door de eigenaar zodat dit goed was. Schoonmaak prima, maar niet in hoeken. Lades in de keuken vies. Kast ruimtes in de slaapkamers niet hygiënisch. Maar al met al een goed verblijf gehad.

Appartement fonctionnel et très proche de la plage

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L'appartement est bien équipé et la plage est à moins de 300mts.

"l''emplacement de l''appartement est idéal, superbe vue, résidence vieillotte mais trés bien entretenue, le point noir se porte sur l''insonorisation de l''appartement, on a été trés satisfait jusqu''à l''arrivée de nos voisins, on a vécu à leur rythme, ce fut trés déplaisant, c''est fort dommage car pour le reste c''était parfait, mais à cause de cette nuisance je ne sais pas si l''on renouvellera l''expérience à cet endroit"

Je pense que cette appréciation va pour un autre appartement, parce que le mien n'a pas une superbe vue, bienqu'il est bien placé. De toute façon, si les voisons vous dérangent quand vous êtes de vacances, il faut le dire à la propriétaire, qu'elle parle avec les voisins pour arranger les choses. Comme ça le problème peut être resolu et vous pouvez passer de bonnes vacances. Cordialement

"Nous n''avons pas pu profiter de l''appartement proposé par homelidays car 3 jours avant le départ, la propriétaire nous a appellé pour un dégat des eaux dans l''appartemnent.Elle a pu nous reloger dans un autre logement que nous avons apprécié mais il n''avait pas la même vue sur la mer et il n''était pas situé au même endroit.Nous avons tout de même passé de bonnes vacances."

"Appartement très correct, quoique avec salle de bains minuscule. Environnement superbe, piscine idem. Un seul bémol, l''accès : en contrebas de la route, l''équivalent de 4 étages à descendre, ou à remonter sans ascenseur (avec les valises, je vous laisse apprécier...)."

Je pense que cette appréciation c'est pour un autre appartement, parce que le mien n'a pas de piscine et il a une salle de bains complète avec aussi WC séparée.
