The building has some residents who take night shifts at the weekend and need to rest during the day. Therefore, it is forbidden to make noise at the weekend, including the use of vacuum cleaners or other equipments that can generate noise.
This year, probably due to climate change, we´ve noticed a higher mosquito presence at the summer month's. At very first, we used to provide repellent, but several guests took it with them for their next stay, making it unsustainable for us. Therefore, we recommend our guets to bring their own repellent according to sensitivity and needs.
City Council has implemented a tourist tax, effective October 1st, 2024.The amount to be charged is €2 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under 13 years old are exempt.

NEVER leave the key in the lock on the inside of the door. If the door closes accidentally, it will no longer be possible to open it with another key. In this case, a service must be requested at the guest's expense.
Each set of lost keys with chip will incur a fee of 50€. In the event that the garage door opener is also lost, an additional charge of 60€ will be applied.
Check-in time should be communicated in advance so that we can make sure the apartment is ready.
Upon check-in, if you notice any broken or damaged appliances or facilities, please promptly notify us, including a photo if possible.
Please leave your shoes at the door, especially after a hike in the mountains.
