Das Wohn-/Schlafzimmer verfügt über einen Flachbild-TV (Smart-TV), BluRay-Player, Radio, einem Sofa, welches ausziehbar ist auf eine Liegefläche von 140 x 200 cm.Im Objekt befindet sich ein festes W-LAN Netzwerk. Ein Essbereich mit Tisch und Stühlen ist ebenfalls im Wohnbereich vorhanden. Das separate Schlafzimmer hat den Ausblick zum Yachthafen und verfügt über einen großen Kleiderschrank, einen Sessel und ein Doppelbett (180x200cm). Der separate Schlafbereich verfügt über eine große Kommode und einem Wandklappbett (180x200cm). Das Badezimmer ist sehr geräumig und mit einer barrierefreien ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet. Die Küche verfügt über einen Kühlschrank, ein Cerankochfeld, ein Waschbecken, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Mini-Mobilbackofen und eine Mikrowelle. Die Wohnung ist sowohl über den Hausflur als auch über die Terrassen zugänglich. Ein Strandkorb wartet auf der Terrasse auf Sie.
